At the end of October a group of our young people gathered together for a spooky Halloween-themed sleepover, planned by the Supernovas. This idea was originated by two Dorchester young people who thought it would be a great way to get everyone together!
Everyone brought some snacks to share, and set up their sleeping bags on the floor for a cosy evening, watching spooky movies and taking a break in the middle for some delicious hot chocolate.
We weren’t left without some tricks as well as our treats, though - from technical problems while playing the films, to an unexpected fire drill, there was lots of cause for laughter and excitement.
At midnight, all the young people quietened their giggles and settled down for a good night’s rest, before getting up early in the cold autumn morning to go home and tell stories of their fun festive time.
